Sebastopol, CA, December 22, 2009—, puts the freedom of open source to work July 19-23, 2010, at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. Program chairs Edd Dumbill and Allison Randal have opened the call for participation, requesting proposals for sessions and tutorials.
