In advance of the conference, O’Reilly will release a report, 鈥淗ow Organizations are Sharpening their Skills to Better Understand and Use AI,鈥� that explores the data- and AI-related topics technology experts are most interested in. The report, authored by Lorica, found that overall content usage across all topics, grew 8 percent from 2018 to 2019 (January to July). Among the fastest-growing topics were those central to building AI applications: machine learning (up 58% from 2018), data science (up 53%), data engineering (up 58%) and AI itself (up 52%), indicating that companies and individuals are taking AI training and adoption seriously.
